Our confined space services typically fall into three categories, which can be provided individually or in combination: standby rescue, access, and contracting services.
For access, we deliver safe and efficient entry into confined spaces through customized systems, while managing all required compliance measures.
For standby rescue projects, we deploy a fully equipped team to manage confined space operations. This includes, where applicable, permits, ventilation, safety briefings, access support, air and environmental monitoring, as well as on-site rescue and first aid services.
For contracting services, we go beyond facilitating entry by performing the required technical work within the confined space. This may include cleaning, painting, coatings application, welding, and more.

All of our technicians are trained according to NFPA standards and are subject to regular refresher and skill renewal training. Our technicians are also normally certified by the Society of Professional Rope Access Technicians (SPRAT) and/or the Industrial Rope Access Trade Association (IRATA), and certainly this would be the case in any task where more advanced rope techniques are necessary.
Additionally, we follow all provincial and regulations for confined access safety, including established training requirements, and customer policies and procedures.

Our access systems are designed with the two purposes of facilitating safe and practical access to allow work tasks to be completed effectively inside the confined space and to allow timely evacuation from the confined space.
We offer a multi-layered approach to optimizing safety which starts with clearly identifying the task, the type of space, and the type of work to be conducted in that space. We then develop a plan and access methodology via a Job Safety Analysis and Assessment that it is accordance with our customer’s project or program schedule, including coordination with other stakeholders if necessary.
We then ensure we have the right number of effective, well-trained staff, including appropriately experienced supervisors, and the right kind and quantity of equipment deployed.
Our approach to onsite safety includes regular safety briefings and strict adherence to our own operating procedures as well as any other measures that might be necessary for a particular site. Our specialty is implementing customized technical rope access systems, which allows for a greater level of job performance and safety, and our work is always complemented by effective back-end administrative support.
